Corporate law and Public Notary
Jorge Ortega is the Director of the Firms Corporate Division, with more than 12 years of experience.
His education includes La Salle University (Licénciate in Law, 2003), L Salle University (Seminar “Alternate Methods of Conflict Resolution”, 2001), Free School of Law, (seminar “Finances for Lawyers”, 2004) International Study Center of Cost Rica, (Course, “Selection Techniques and Redaction of Title Payments”, International Study Center of Costa Rica, (Course “Law of Security Interests”, 2014) and Multiple course of Legal Education.
Jorge has experience in the areas of civil commercial and business law with emphasis on banking affairs, commercial contracts and real estate development.
He is member of the Costa Rican Bar Association.
