Abraham’s practice focuses on three broad areas: transactional corporate law, commercial law, and maritime and aeronautical law. He has extensive experience in business structuring and implementation, negotiation rounds and alternative resolution of commercial disputes, as well as in corporate legal compliance, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He also has extensive experience in logistics, maritime and aeronautical transportation, and cargo claims and is one of the few lawyers in the area with postgraduate studies in this subject. In addition to being a lawyer, Abraham is a notary public of the Republic of Costa Rica.
