Jonathan’s practice focuses on labor, administrative, civil, real estate, and commercial matters.
He is in charge of handling judicial processes and providing preventive advice in these areas. He always aims to warn and reduce the potential risks to which clients are exposed in their operations, both at a private and public administration level.
His experience has been focused on prevention, accompaniment, and advice on labor compliance, corporate, civil, real estate, and recovery of company assets.
Graduated from the University of Costa Rica, admitted to the Costa Rican Bar Association and registered as a Public Notary Public in Costa Rica.
